Zenith Pipes Limited is a fully owned and operated Zambian company. We specialize in the manufacturing and installation of HDPE Piping, fittings and associated components. Our highly advanced manufacturing infrastructure includes composite pipes (HDPE with integrated wire mesh) which is a new technology that we are proud to be the first company to bring it to the market in Zambia.
Our capacity of manufacturing covers end to end specifications ranging from 16mm up to 1200mm in diameter and from PN4 up to PN25 in terms of
pressure rating.
Zenith workforce includes heavily experienced and fully equipped Projects Managers, and qualified seasoned electrofusion welding crews, as well as a specialized elite team for fabricated and moulded bends. Our Customers benefit from after-market services and technical supports on 24/7 basis.
In 2022, we were privileged to be the trusted HDPE manufacturer and supplier for the major mining, agriculture, and construction industry leaders in Zambia and DR Congo, where we have executed mega projects in the HDPE sector, ranging from complicated designs, 900mm, PN16 and PN 20 long pipelines, and site installations.
In recent years, we have amassed significant expertise in water systems development and installation as well as piping. This wealth of experience positions us as a reliable and knowledgable partner in the realm of water development projects, able to handle from manufecturing to complete development and installation.
